Subscription Activation & First Delivery
Your subscription begins immediately after purchase. Within 24 hours, our team will reach out to gather your website URL and onboarding details. Your first delivery will typically be completed within 5–7 business days after we receive your information.
Billing Terms & Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time by visiting your account dashboard or by contacting your account representative. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted prior to your renewal date. Once a billing cycle has started, charges for that cycle are non-refundable.
Refunds & Plan Changes
We do not offer refunds for:
1. Services already delivered or in progress
2. Failure to cancel before the renewal date
If you choose to upgrade or downgrade your plan, the new plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Annual Subscription (Billed Monthly) Policy
By choosing the annual plan billed monthly, you’re committing to a 12-month term at a discounted rate. If you decide to cancel before the term ends, you’ll be responsible for either (a) paying the difference between the discounted annual rate and the regular month-to-month rate for the months completed, or (b) paying the remaining balance of the annual contract.
