Butter's verdict on Goodie
G2: 4.9/5 (~9 reviews)Independent reviewers describe Goodie as a fit for brands that want monitoring, prompt research and optimization actions in one place, and its small G2 sample is very positive. The main limitation is that engine coverage is tiered, so Claude and Gemini require higher, sales-led plans, and the Core plan caps prompts and actions.
What Goodie does well
- Combines tracking, prompt research and optimization actions
- Google AI Mode included on the entry plan
- Ecommerce and agentic commerce features on higher tiers
- Unlimited seats on every plan
Where Goodie falls short
- Claude tracking only on Enterprise
- Gemini starts on the $999 Pro plan
- Core caps prompts at about 110 and actions at 50 a month
- Few public user reviews to judge by
Goodie pricing and plans
Goodie publishes three plans. Core is $295 a month, with two months free on annual billing, and covers 110 prompts, five AI engines, two countries and languages, 10 pages in its visibility scorecard, 50 action credits a month, unlimited seats and MCP access. It is the only plan with a self-serve 7-day free trial. Pro is $999 a month for 250 prompts, eight engines, five countries and SKU-level commerce visibility. Enterprise is custom and adds more prompts and engines, revenue attribution, API access, SOC 2 and a dedicated strategist. Agency and multi-brand packages are quoted on Enterprise. Earlier third-party listings showed Core at $399 a month with 100 prompts, so prices have moved; confirm current plans on Goodie's site.
What reviewers say about Goodie
What users like about Goodie
Goodie has a small number of reviews on G2, averaging 4.9 out of 5, and none yet on Capterra, so there is limited user feedback to go on. Independent reviewers credit it with pulling prompt research, monitoring, content and technical actions and attribution into one workflow. They also highlight sentiment analysis that shows how a brand is described, competitor benchmarking and connections to Google Analytics, Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
Common complaints about Goodie
Reviewers point to caps on prompts, engines, countries and actions on Core, and note that Pro and Enterprise need a sales conversation. One review says agency pricing is confusing because pitch workspaces and client brand plans are billed separately. Some reviewers say action outputs still need human review. The detailed reviews we found were published by competing tools, so treat their criticism with some caution.
Who Goodie is for (and who should skip it)
Choose Goodie if
You are a mid-market or enterprise brand, particularly in retail or ecommerce, that wants AI visibility tracking connected to recommended fixes, content work and revenue attribution, and you can budget for Pro or Enterprise to get full engine coverage.
Skip Goodie if
You only need tracking, or you need Claude on a mid-range budget. Rankscale and AthenaHQ include Claude on lower-cost plans, and Peec AI and Otterly.AI are simpler, cheaper trackers. Large enterprises comparing platforms should also look at Profound.
