WordLift pricing and plans

WordLift now sells two main plans. Business+ costs $879/mo billed yearly or $1,100/mo billed monthly. It includes up to 2,500 URLs, a knowledge graph, the WordLift Agent, AI content tools, content audits, rank tracking, schema and data integration tools, and a dedicated project manager with guided setup. Monthly Smart Credits cover tasks like generating Q&A pairs, product descriptions, internal link suggestions and Agent queries. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period. Enterprise is quoted and adds custom knowledge graph and API work, bespoke content solutions and full Open API access. The paid plans have no free trial and start with a discovery call. Developers can try Resolve, a public-beta API with 1,000 free requests a month. Confirm current plans on WordLift's site.

What reviewers say about WordLift

What users like about WordLift

WordLift holds a 4.7/5 rating on G2 from about 40 reviews and 4.8/5 on Capterra from a smaller set. Reviewers say it makes structured data and entity SEO practical without hiring extra technical staff, and that its WordPress plugin lowers the barrier to entry. G2 users score support especially high, and Capterra reviewers mention responsive help on advanced setups. Reviewers also credit its AI features with sparking content ideas.

Common complaints about WordLift

Reviewers mention a learning curve and setup difficulty, along with parts of the interface that feel clunky. Price comes up often, and the current Business+ entry point is far above where many smaller sites can go. A few Capterra reviewers report bugs and limited customization. WordLift offers an AI Visibility Audit that looks at ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews, but its public pages do not describe ongoing AI answer tracking.

Who WordLift is for (and who should skip it)

Choose WordLift if

  • You run an ecommerce, media or travel site and want a knowledge graph that feeds both search and AI agents.
  • You want schema, entity work and AI content tools in one managed package.
  • You value a dedicated project manager and guided implementation.

Skip WordLift if

  • Your budget is under several hundred dollars a month.
  • You need ongoing AI visibility tracking. Peec AI, Otterly.AI, Profound or Scrunch AI do that directly.
  • You need enterprise schema governance in a regulated industry. Schema App is the closest alternative to compare.
