Botify suits large, technically complex sites that care as much about how AI crawlers reach their pages as about how AI answers mention them. G2 and Capterra reviewers praise its crawl and log analysis but say the price is prohibitive for smaller teams. Its AI Visibility module is newer than the rest of the platform, so check maturity in a demo.

Botify pricing and plans

Botify does not publish prices. G2 lists three editions, Essential, Pro and Enterprise, all priced on request, and states no free trial is available. Toolradar's September 2026 check of Botify's site shows two plans, Enterprise and Growth Companies, both quote-only. Pixis, a competing vendor, cites industry estimates of around $10,000 per month at entry, which we could not confirm elsewhere. AI Visibility sits inside Botify Analytics, and we could not confirm whether it is priced separately. One Capterra reviewer says they had to pay for a trial. Confirm current plans on Botify's site.

Capterra reviewers praise its crawler, customizable crawls, log file analysis and segment-based reporting. Pixis notes it handles JavaScript-heavy sites and was named a Strong Performer in the Forrester Wave for SEO solutions in Q3 2025.

Cost is the main complaint, with G2 reviewers calling it prohibitive for small businesses. Capterra reviewers also mention a learning curve, weak support, a missed training session and slow performance at times, though that sample is only four reviews. Pixis, which sells a competing AI visibility product, says Botify's AI Visibility lacks citation source mapping and entity extraction.
